Install radon mitigation systems in residential homes following a documented process. Each day starts with reviewing job specs, pulling materials, and loading your truck. You run your jobs independently, collect payment on-site, close out the job in the system same day, and leave every site cleaner than you found it.
You’ll also handle service calls on existing systems and complete post-install steps at every job: customer check-in, yard sign, and door hangers before you leave.
Most states require a credential to install radon mitigation systems for compensation. If you're not already licensed, we get you through it within 30 days — course, exam prep, and all fees covered by us.
Backgrounds that translate well: electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians, general contractors, handymen. If you're good with your hands and have a track record of doing things right, the technical piece is trainable.

We're a local radon mitigation company and part of National Radon Defense — the largest network of radon professionals in North America, operating across 34 states and provinces. Our network serves communities across Nebraska and Iowa, with operating locations in Omaha, Des Moines, and Storm Lake.
Our process is documented and proven. Install volume is consistent. This isn't a one-person operation figuring it out as they go — we have systems, training, and a team behind every installer we bring on.
We built this company around the people in it. The benefits aren't perks we added to stay competitive — they reflect how we think a company should operate. We're actively expanding into new markets, and the advancement opportunities that come with that go to the people who earn them.
