Job summary

Missouri Radon Relief is seeking a full-time Installer to set up residential radon mitigation systems. You will work directly with homeowners, install fans and PVC piping, and complete final checks and documentation. No prior radon experience is required as we provide specialized training and certification from day one.

You will review designs, maintain tools and vehicles, and ensure high-quality workmanship in varying weather conditions. This is a year-round role with regular weekday hours.

Qualifications

• Transferable trade skills from plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, general construction, roofing, waterproofing, foundation repair.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools and climbing ladders.
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds and work outdoors/in varying weather.

Take your skills in a new direction as part of Missouri Radon Relief’s installation team.

You will install residential radon mitigation systems and work directly with homeowners throughout each installation. Previous radon experience is not required. We invest in you from day one by providing the specialized training and certification needed to succeed.

What You’ll Do

• Before each installation, review the system design and job specifications provided by our design specialist.
• Install radon mitigation fans and build custom PVC pipe routing.
• Communicate with homeowners and explain the completed system.
• Perform final quality checks and complete job documentation and photos.
• Maintain company tools, equipment, inventory, and work vehicle.

Qualifications

• Skills from plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, general construction, roofing, waterproofing, foundation repair, or a related trade transfer well to this position.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools and climbing ladders.
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds and work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Dependable, organized, and able to work independently with attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Professional communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license.

Schedule

This is a year-round, full-time, Monday through Friday position. Typical hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., although daily hours may vary depending on the installation.
