Primary Objective & Transferable Tasks

You will install Radon Mitigation Systems in existing homes following a proven, teachable strategy. To excel, you will:

• Route PVC piping systems safely, operate power tools, mount inline fans, and seal system entry points
• Review job specs proactively to determine materials, tools, and equipment needed
• Maintain customer satisfaction by keeping homes clean and handing them in better condition
• Follow safety standards for all structural adjustments

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid driver's license and clean Motor Vehicle Record for company vehicle use
• No specific trade license required to start
• Existing radon mitigation or measurement certification (NRPP/NRSB) highly preferred and may command higher pay
• Physical ability to handle field labor, climb ladders, lift equipment, and work in tight spaces such as crawlspaces and attics
• No prior radon experience required; paid training provided
