Job summary

JobRx, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Nuclear Pharmacist for the Nuclear Medicine/PET department in Kettering, Ohio. In this full-time role, you will oversee the compounding, quality assurance testing, and distribution of radiopharmaceuticals used in nuclear medicine.

The ideal candidate has a PharmD with radiopharmacy certification and at least 1 year of experience in PET production. Your expertise will help ensure compliance with FDA regulations and contribute to our mission of exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in nuclear pharmacy or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a nuclear pharmacist with PET radiopharmaceutical production.
• Must have Ohio license to practice pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee compounding, quality assurance testing, and distribution of radiopharmaceuticals.
• Assist in developing protocols for FDA approval.
• Manage the Nuclear Medicine/PET department.

Preferred Qualifications

• A Ph.D. in nuclear pharmacy or related field is preferred

Responsibilities & Requirements

The Nuclear Pharmacist for the Nuclear Medicine/ PET department is responsible for oversight of all compounding, quality assurance testing and the manufacturing and distribution of radiopharmaceuticals used in both PET and conventional nuclear medicine. This individual will also assist in development of protocols for Food & Drug Administration approval, to include ANDA, INDA's.

Minimum Education

• Master's degree in nuclear pharmacy

Required Licenses

• [United States Minor Outlying Islands] Pharmacist, Nuclear
• Ohio license to practice pharmacy (Registered Pharmacist)
• PharmD with radiopharmacy certification

Minimum Work Experience

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a nuclear pharmacist with experience in PET radiopharmaceutical production preferred.
