Job summary

Siemens Healthineers PETNET Solutions in Winston-Salem, NC seeks a Nuclear Pharmacist for a night shift at the PETNET Solutions pharmacy. Training provided onsite in Knoxville, with extensive in-person and virtual sessions during the first five weeks.

Role focuses on production, preparation, and dispensing of radiopharmaceuticals, ensuring compliance with cGMP, safety and regulatory standards, and supporting cyclotron operations.

Qualifications

• Has a Pharmacy license or ability to obtain one.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Excellent communication and ability to follow complex instructions.
• Ability to work independently or in cross-functional teams.
• Strong customer relations skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Windows applications.
• Board of Pharmacy vision requirements: 20/20 and color vision tests.

Responsibilities

• Produce radionuclides.
• Prepare and test radiopharmaceuticals.
• Dispense radiopharmaceuticals.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (cGMP, Radiation Safety, Pharmacy laws).
• Oversee actions of staff in the absence of the Pharmacy Manager (PIC).
• Perform aseptic techniques (sterility and pyrogen testing).
• Perform QC procedures with analytical equipment and tests.
• Maintain all documents and records.
• Prepare shipments of radioactive materials per procedures and licenses.
• Support cyclotron, chemistry modules, QC equipment and related software.

On the job training provided by our own world class training team, which is based in Knoxville, TN. For the first 5 weeks you will be enrolled in anextensive in person and virtual training class which is specifically designed to enable you to help develop the skills you will need to work in the pharmacy.

We are looking for a Nuclear Pharmacist. This is a night shift role at the PETNET Solutions pharmacy; Flexibility to work slightly alternative shifts is required.

This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Nuclear Pharmacist, you will be responsible for

• Production of radionuclides
• Preparation and testing of radiopharmaceuticals.
• Dispensing of radiopharmaceuticals
• Ensures compliance with all regulatory commitments including the cGMP, Radiation Safety, Pharmacy laws and corporate policies and procedures and other applicable Federal, State and Local authorities.
• Responsible and accountable under State Pharmacy Law, for all actions of personnel working in the permitted pharmacy area, in the absence of the Pharmacy Manager (PIC).
• Delivers and ensures performance of aseptic techniques, including sterility test and pyrogen testing per company standard operating procedures.
• Ensures performance of QC procedures using analytical equipment and chemical tests per company standard operating procedures.
• Maintains all applicable documents and records.
• Prepares shipment of radioactive materials according to procedure and licensing authorities requirements.
• Provides support in operation and maintenance of cyclotron, chemistry modules, QC equipment and associated software
