Job summary

NorthStar Medical Radioisotopes is seeking a QC-focused professional to support quality activities across radiopharmaceutical isotope processing and radiologic science laboratories within the Quality Control team. You will perform sampling, GMP testing, manufacturing operations support and batch release testing of radioactive products, with training on ALARA radiation safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in a regulated industry.
• Experience handling radioactive materials and familiarity with cGMP is preferred.
• Familiarity with batch production records and spectroscopy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate analytical instrumentation.
• Author and revise documents in the eQMS system.
• Train others on methods and procedures.
• Safely handle radioactive materials and perform contamination surveys.
• Perform receiving inspections for ERP release.
• Conduct environmental monitoring per applicable standards.
• Collaborate on documents for manufacturing and quality testing.
• Review analytical data and lab logbooks.
• Execute microbiological, chemical, radiochemical, and stability testing.
• Initiate and investigate non-conforming material reports.
• Participate in Project Teams and meetings.
