Job summary

NorthStar Medical Radioisotopes is seeking a Supervisor, Radiopharmaceutical Manufacturing to lead daily production, ensure regulatory and safety compliance, and mentor a production team. The role drives schedule adherence, quality systems, and cost controls in a fast-growing radiopharmaceutical environment.

Candidate will manage resources for clinical and commercial batches, advance process improvements, and support technology transfer for scale-up.

Qualifications

• AS in STEM with 4+ years of cGMP experience required.
• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience.
• Willingness to obtain Radiation Worker qualification after onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities to meet master production schedule with compliance and safety.
• Provide leadership, training, and performance management for the team.
• Maintain QA procedures and track operational metrics.
• Resolve equipment, process, or personnel issues promptly.
• Coordinate with support groups to align product specs and schedules.
• Maintain complete Batch Production Records per orders.
• Help manage department budget and optimize resource use.
• Support tech transfer and scale-up for radiopharmaceutical manufacturing.
