Job summary

TerraPower Isotopes (TPI) is seeking a Project Scheduler to support planning, scheduling, and performance reporting for ongoing cGMP and radiochemistry projects in Washington state.

The successful candidate will be proficient in Primavera P6 EPPM and MS Project Online, with strong data analytics skills and the ability to deliver weekly schedule updates, identify variances, and communicate effectively with project teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, PM, or equivalent.
• PSP or AACE certificate preferred.
• Minimum of four years of project scheduling experience, preferably in R&D/engineering/chemistry.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 EPPM application.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an integrated baseline lifecycle schedule for ongoing cGMP and radiochemistry projects.
• Regularly update and provide weekly progress reports, layouts, and publication of the master schedule.
• Identify and communicate variances from the original plan and weekly baseline snapshots.
• Evaluate project schedule progress and performance and identify developing problem areas.
• Analyze critical path and constraints to determine the effect of progress changes and recommend solutions.
• Support project software administration to ensure EPPM data and interfaces are maintained.
• Assist with project review meetings and planning support; interact with project team.
