Job summary

RayzeBio is seeking a LIMS Specialist to support the continued operation and rollout of the Veeva LIMS system at our Indianapolis manufacturing plant. You will develop procedures, maintain documentation, and ensure data integrity while coordinating with IT and laboratory staff to implement system updates per regulatory requirements, including 21 CFR Part 11.

The role is on-site at the Indianapolis facility, with responsibilities spanning system validation, audits, training, and cross-functional

Qualifications

• BS in Chemistry, Science, or relevant field with 7–10 years in pharma or cGMP; advanced degree considered with matching LIMS experience.
• Experience with LIMS including Veeva LIMS; Labware experience preferred.
• Experience with injectable or radiopharmaceuticals is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop LIMS procedures and maintain documentation for LIMS processes, user guides, and validation.
• Maintain, configure, and troubleshoot the LIMS to support lab workflows and data integrity.
• Serve as the primary contact for LIMS issues in labs and production, coordinating with IT and lab staff.
