Job summary

NorthStar Medical Radioisotopes, Beloit, Wisconsin, is seeking a CDMO Project Manager to lead lifecycle management of CDMO projects from kickoff through technology transfer and manufacturing for clinical and commercial programs.

You will act as the primary liaison among sponsors and internal/external teams, driving plans, schedules and deliverables while ensuring regulatory and quality expectations are met. NorthStar offers a comprehensive benefits package and relocation support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technical discipline and at least 6 years of project management experience in life sciences.
• At least 2 years of experience in a cGMP environment; PMP certification is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of CDMO projects from kickoff to tech transfer and manufacturing (clinical and commercial).
• Serve as main liaison between sponsors, internal teams, and external partners; manage expectations and provide updates.
• Develop and track project plans, charters, schedules, deliverables; ensure alignment with sponsor goals.
