Job summary

MedVet Medical & Cancer Centers for Pets is seeking a Radiology Veterinary Assistant to support imaging procedures and patient care in a busy clinical setting. You will assist with preparing patients, instruments, and medications, and help perform radiographs, CTs, ultrasound, and MRIs while maintaining strong client and patient relationships.

Qualifications

• Prior veterinary experience preferred.
• Proficient in calculations (drugs, dosages, unit conversions).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinic environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in patient procedures: prepare patients, instruments, medications.
• Assist with radiographs, CTs, ultrasound imaging and MRIs.
• Manage appointments: histories, records, invoicing, discharges.
• Drive the MedVet Experience to ensure high quality patient care.
• Inspire, teach, multitask and be a strong team member.
• Maintain accurate and complete documentation.
