Job summary

Our Lady of Fatima Hospital in Providence, RI is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist, Vascular for a 13-week contract. The role supports inpatient, outpatient, and ED populations with vascular and abdominal studies, and requires ARDMS RDMS and RVT credentials.

The shift is day shift, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with call requirements for 1 week and 1 weekend per month. Candidates must have at least 2 years of general ultrasound experience in a hospital setting and current BLS certification.

Job Description

The Ultrasound Technologist will perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures for patients in an independent hospital setting. This includes abdominal, pelvic/transvaginal, renal, and scrotal studies, while also recognizing and promptly notifying the interpreting provider of any urgent findings. The role caters to both inpatient and outpatient populations, as well as Emergency Department patients.
