Job summary

Monterey Park Hospital is seeking a Transporter in the Radiology Department on a per diem, 8-hour day shift with weekend coverage. This position reports to the Imaging Director/Supervisor and supports patient transport across units.

Responsibilities include moving patients, assisting nursing staff, transporting equipment to radiology, and helping maintain HEPA filters hospital-wide. Requires BLS and at least one year of acute care experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of acute care hospital experience preferred.
• Current BLS from the American Heart Association required.

Responsibilities

• Transport patients to various hospital units and accompany nursing staff during transport.
• Transport and clean dirty equipment from nursing units to radiology and assist with HEPA filter maintenance hospital-wide.
