Aims Community College seeks a radiology faculty member to deliver lecture, lab, and clinical instruction across multiple radiology courses. The role emphasizes current pedagogy, student assessment, and collaboration with clinical affiliates.

Minimum qualifications include an AS Radiology degree with ARRT RT(R) and 6,000 hours of recent radiology experience; CPR/First Aid/AED certification or ability to obtain. Travel may be required.

Formación

• Associate degree in radiology and ARRT RT(R) credential.
• 6,000 hours of radiology experience within the last 7 years.
• Post-secondary vocational credential in radiology (CTE Office).
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification or ability to obtain.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality instruction in lecture, lab, and clinical settings.
• Teach radiology technology courses and assess student learning.
• Evaluate coursework and report grades timely.
• Revise courses to stay current with pedagogy and standards.
• Design learning activities aligned to outcomes and assess learning.
• Communicate clearly defined student outcomes and participate in assessments.
• Collaborate with department, division, and program leadership.
• Maintain professional relationships with students, faculty, staff, and clinical affiliates.
