Aims Community College seeks an experienced radiology faculty member to teach both lecture and clinical courses, ensuring high-quality instruction and timely assessments. The role requires ARRT eligibility, 6,000 hours of recent radiology experience, and CPR/First Aid/AED certification.

Occasional travel and collaboration with the department are expected. Applicants should have an AS in Radiology, be prepared to adapt curricula, and participate in program development and student success

Formación

• Associate of applied science degree in radiology plus ARRT or equivalent credential.
• Registered technologist in radiography RT(R) in good standing and ARRT certification.
• Minimum 6,000 hours of experience within last seven years; teaching continuity considered.
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification or ability to obtain certification.

Responsabilidades

• Teach radiology courses in lecture, lab, and clinical settings; assess student learning.
• Evaluate and report student work timely; align pedagogy with current best practices.
• Revise courses to maintain high standards and current radiology pedagogy.
• Design learning activities tied to defined learning outcomes; participate in assessments.
