Join to apply for the radiology technologists role at Urgent Team

Job Summary

This position involves performing x-ray testing, including body mechanics and patient movement, utilizing knowledge of anatomy and physiology. The role requires operating diagnostic equipment, developing films, and preparing the room with necessary equipment and supplies. Full-time team members work a rotating schedule of 36-40 hours per week, including 12-hour weekday shifts and every-other weekend. PRN (per diem) team members are scheduled as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform timely radiology procedures for evaluation and treatment
  • Conduct quality control procedures to ensure exam quality
  • Prepare patients and follow safety and regulatory procedures, including radiation protection
  • Maintain equipment and report malfunctions
  • Complete documentation related to patient visits
  • Maintain and improve diagnostic imaging skills
  • Ensure licensure and certification are current
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • ARRT certification
  • TN State X-Ray License
  • BLS Certification
