Physician Partners of America in Texas at Hurst is seeking a Radiology Technologist to operate X-ray equipment in support of diagnostic and therapeutic services for a diverse patient population.

You will arrange patients, perform diagnostic X-ray exams, develop films, manage patient instructions, and maintain records with strict safety and HIPAA guidelines. ARRT certification, BXMO license, state registration, and BLS are required.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Graduate of approved Radiologic Technical program.
• BXMO license for X-ray technicians.
• ARRT certification.
• Licensed/registered with the appropriate state agency.
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support Certification.

Responsabilités

• Arrange patients for radiological exams.
• Performs diagnostic radiological exams for use in diagnosis of disease.
• Prevent patients from unnecessary radiation exposure.
• Perform portable X-ray exams.
• Develops exposed X-ray files.
• Perform administrative duties as needed for patient instructions, film-filing, and maintenance of records.
