Responsibilities

• Maintain radiation safety and minimize exposure per ALARA guidelines.
• Prepare patients, verify orders, identify patients, and explain procedures.
• Clean and maintain imaging equipment per infection control protocols.
• Ensure supplies and equipment are readily available for patient care.
• Document procedures and attach images to PACS for radiologist review.
• Communicate effectively with staff, physicians, and administration.
