Ideal candidates will have completed an accredited Radiologic Sciences program, Massachusetts licensure, ARRT certification, and current BLS.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an approved program in Radiologic Sciences.
• Massachusetts state license as a Radiologic Technologist.
• Current ARRT registry in Radiologic Sciences.
• New graduates must obtain ARRT certification within 1 year of start of employment.
• Maintain a current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiographic imaging in areas including OR, ER, and fluoroscopy.
• Maintain radiation protection with lead shields and proper collimation.
• Assist radiologists and surgeons with exams and room setup.
• Enter charges into the EMR accurately for all exams.
• Contribute to QA and adherence to safety and department policies.
