Job summary

Plan A Health in St. Louis is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic x-rays, fluoroscopy, portables, OR exams, and bone density procedures.

You will explain procedures to patients, position and verify them for imaging, and ensure safety by following radiation protocols. The role includes preparing contrasts, monitoring patients, and submitting high-quality images to PACS, while maintaining equipment and assisting emergent CTs if needed.

Qualifications

• Completion of a Radiology Technology program is required.
• ARTR-R Radiography certification and/or Bone Density registry is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
• State radiologic technologist licenses or temporary accreditation are required.

Responsibilities

• Explain procedures to patients and prepare them for imaging exams.

• Prepare and administer contrast media within scope of practice.
