Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist Program.
• ARD (R) certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
• Louisiana or Mississippi state license or registry eligible or current temp license.
• Basic Life Support, Health Care Provider (BLS-HCP).

Responsibilities

• Clinical skills demonstrated in performing venipuncture.
• Obtain an accurate medical history for procedures.
• Check film quality and ensure correct patient identification.
• Ensure patient safety and adherence to radiation protection protocols.
• Correlate patient history with procedures and document results.
• Transport patients to exam rooms and imaging equipment safely.
• Complete triage imaging procedures promptly and accurately.
• Operate radiography equipment and accessories per protocols.
• Communicate findings to patients and other departments.
• Maintain documentation in RadNet and ensure timely entries.
