Job summary

Arcare is seeking a Radiology Technologist to join our healthcare team in delivering diagnostic radiology services and patient-centered care. You will perform routine radiology procedures, support care teams with active listening, and utilize health information systems to ensure timely, accurate data delivery.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiology Technology.
• At least one year of experience in a medical setting.
• Registered by the Registration Board for Radiology of the State of Arkansas, Kentucky, or Mississippi.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to learn and adapt to changing technologies.

Responsibilities

• Assist providers in performing diagnostic procedures and healthcare activities.
• Perform routine radiology procedures as assigned by the Radiology Director.
• Participate in the center’s TQI activities, ensuring compliance with applicable standards.
• Provide patient-centered care that is culturally and linguistically appropriate.
• Use active listening techniques during interactions with patients, families, and team members.
• Manage and improve services by efficiently utilizing health information systems.
• Participate in care team huddles to prepare and coordinate patient care activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
