AdventHealth in Tarpon Springs, FL is seeking a Radiologic Technologist for a part-time day shift. You will perform radiographic imaging, ensure patient safety, and maintain exam rooms and records in the EMR and PACS systems.

The role requires ARRT RT registration, CPR/BLS, and 1+ year or new graduate eligibility. Strong communication and adherence to ALARA are essential to deliver high-quality imaging and patient care.

Formación

• High school grad or equivalent required.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred in radiologic technology.
• Registered Technologist – Radiography and BLS required; CPR certification.
• 1+ year experience in radiology preferred or new graduate eligibility.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English; strong communication with patients and staff.

Responsabilidades

• Operate radiographic equipment and perform imaging procedures.
• Ensure patient safety, positioning, and shielding.
• Maintain clean exam rooms and stock supplies; notify when inventory is low.
• Document procedures accurately in EMR/PACS.
• Cross-train into advanced imaging modalities as needed.
• Follow ALARA radiation safety principles.
