About the Role
As a Radiologic Technologist at OrthoVirginia, you'll play a key role on our clinical care team—delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging that directly informs treatment and improves patient outcomes. This role goes beyond technical expertise; it's about making a real difference in the lives of patients seeking expert orthopedic care.

Working with advanced X-ray technology in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, you'll ensure every image tells a clear story—empowering our physicians to diagnose with precision and confidence.

Your Day-to-Day

Perform radiologic procedures following established safety and quality protocols
Capture clear, accurate digital images of bones and soft tissues
Prepare and position patients for imaging with care and confidence
Follow ALARA principles to minimize radiation exposure
Maintain equipment and exam rooms for safety and readiness
Confirm patient information and image accuracy prior to submission
Collaborate with the clinical team and assist with workflow as needed

What We're Looking For

Current Virginia Radiologic Technologist License
ARRT Certification (required)
2+ years of radiology experience preferred (new grads welcome)
Experience with C-arm technology a plus
Strong focus on quality, safety, and patient care
