Job summary

OCC - Advanced Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Specialists in Colorado Springs is seeking a Radiology Technician to provide radiology services in a fast-paced orthopedic setting. You will perform x-ray examinations, ensure proper exam ordering, and maintain safety and patient care. The role requires ARRT registration, completion of a radiologic technology program, and experience with PACS/EMR systems.

Flexible weekday hours from 6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• Completion of an approved course of Radiologic Technology.
• ARRT (R) registration in Diagnostic Radiography.
• Ability to work with a diverse orthopedic patient population.

Responsibilities

• Perform x-ray examinations and confirm the correct exam is ordered.
• Prepare patients, obtain pregnancy risk information, and set appropriate exposure factors.
• Operate imaging equipment and review images for accuracy.
• Maintain imaging records and support PACS/EMR workflows.
