Job summary

The Student Radiologic Technologist at OCC - Advanced Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Specialists will assist with X-ray examinations under supervision in the OCC Lowry clinic, primarily on Tuesday mornings from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

This role is intended for a student currently enrolled in an ARRT-approved Radiologic Technology program seeking orthopedic imaging experience. Strong patient care, communication, and teamwork are essential as you work alongside experienced technologists.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an approved/accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Must be in good standing with their program.
• Completion of clinical education appropriate to the duties performed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with and perform X-ray examinations under supervision and within the student’s scope.
• Prepare and position patients and confirm exam orders.
• Maintain radiation safety and ALARA practices.
