Job summary

Baylor Surgicare Fort Worth I is seeking a Radiology Technologist to join our team in Fort Worth, TX. You will operate x-ray equipment, position patients, and coordinate with radiologists to meet quality standards in a busy surgical imaging environment.

This role supports orthopedic and pediatric radiology across OR and outpatient settings, with a focus on patient safety, accurate film labeling, and efficient workflow in a state-of-the-art facility.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• AART registration and CPR current.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of local, state, federal and Joint Commission regulations.
• Independent decision-making with ability to prioritize multiple projects.
• Excellent communication with staff, physicians, patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Operate x-ray equipment to make radiographs as directed by physicians.
• Position patients and adjust exposure, ensuring radiation safety.
• Prepare supplies and maintain inventory and work area.
• Record and label film with identifying information.
• Consult with lead x-ray tech and radiologist on quality standards.
• Maintain film processing workflow and cleanliness of area.
