Job summary

Live Well Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a skilled MRI technologist to perform diagnostic imaging procedures in an operating room setting. You will prepare patients, operate MRI equipment, and conduct studies independently while mentoring staff and students.

Responsibilities include overseeing shift workflow, communicating with the team, and ensuring supplies and department operations run smoothly. Prior OR imaging and Siemens MRI experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires an associate degree or higher in a related field.
• 2–5 years radiology experience; MRI, OR imaging, and interventional procedures preferred.
• ARRT, ARMRIT, or state licenses (e.g., IEMA) certifications preferred.
• Strong MRI technical skills, especially Siemens systems.
• Leadership or supervisory experience a plus.
• CPR certification preferred for advanced roles.

Job description

This position involves performing diagnostic imaging procedures, primarily MRI, in an operating room setting. The technologist prepares patients and equipment, conducts studies independently, and assists with complex exams. They oversee shift operations, manage workflow, and serve as a clinical resource, mentoring staff and students. In the absence of a supervisor, they assume leadership responsibilities. They also ensure proper communication, supply management, and problem-solving within the department.
