Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Radiology Technologist to perform a variety of diagnostic radiographic procedures across multiple settings including OR, ER, inpatient, and outpatient populations.

The candidate will document patient information, utilize RIS/PACS, ensure image quality with a <5% repeat rate, and adhere to ALARA principles while maintaining licensure and participating in team-based care.

Qualifications

• Two-year AMA accredited School of Radiologic Technology (education/certification prerequisite).
• Registered by the ARRT or registry eligible (credential requirement).
• Massachusetts licensure in Radiography by DPH required.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures to produce diagnostic images.
• Document patient information and exam history.
• Use RIS for exam processing with high accuracy and speed.
• Label images with patient data and technologist initials.
• Maintain image quality and minimize repeats (<5%).
• Ensure ALARA to minimize radiation exposure.
