Job summary

Ptcoa Consulting Llc is seeking a Radiology Technologist for ASC to prepare patients and supplies, assist physicians to obtain images, and maintain a clean, organized operating room.

This full-time role requires an Associate Degree in Radiology, Arkansas licensure, and 2 years of radiology experience. Work hours typically 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with occasional overtime, in a clinical/off ice setting. Proficiency with medical terminology and accurate documentation is essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of current medical terminology to communicate with physician, staff and patients.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Basic computer literacy and typing.
• Patient focused and caring approach.

Responsibilities

• Arrives at least 30 minutes prior to scheduled start times.
• Check C-arm and other equipment for use before procedures.
• Prepares and opens supplies for procedures.
• Assists patients with transfer from stretcher to OR table.
• Performs patient skin preparation.
• Positions the C-arm for the physician to obtain adequate images.
• Cleans and organizes the room before and after procedures.
• Purchases supplies and maintains inventory to forecast needs and monitor costs.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
