Job summary

UnitedHealth Group’s Kelsey-Seybold Clinic seeks a Radiology Technologist to perform diagnostic radiography and fluoroscopic studies across multiple sites in the Houston area, including Sugar Land. You will operate radiographic equipment, comply with safety protocols, and support radiologists with image quality and documentation.

The role requires AMA-accredited training, ARRT(R) eligibility and MRT-General certification, with RIS/PACS experience and bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Graduate of AMA approved school of Radiologic Technology
• Eligible for ARRT (R) registry
• Graduate Technologist designation as defined by the Texas Medical Board
• ARRT (R)
• MRT-General Certificate
• BLS certification through American Heart Association

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic radiography, including fluoroscopic studies, per department guidelines.
• Maintains equipment and cleanliness; logs and reports malfunctions.
• Uses RIS/PACS and documents findings for radiologist review.
• Adheres to radiation safety practices and sterile techniques as applicable.
• Participates in trainings and maintains required licenses/certifications.
• Communicates with patients, staff, and radiologists; upholds clinic values.
