WakeMed Health & Hospitals in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Radiology Technologist to join our imaging team. You will perform radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures, ensuring high-quality images and patient safety across pediatrics, OR, ER, and outpatient settings.

Qualified graduates of an accredited Radiologic Technology program who are ARRT-R registered or equivalent are encouraged to apply. One year of clinical radiology experience is preferred, with a strong focus on teamwork and safety.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Registered Technologist in Radiography (ARRT-R) or equivalent required.
• One year of radiology clinical experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures, producing clear, accurate diagnostic images while following imaging protocols and radiation safety standards.
• Monitor patient safety, comfort, and condition throughout procedures; communicate concerns to the care team.
• Prepare patients, review imaging orders, prioritize workflow, and explain procedures to help patients and families feel informed.
• Position patients and imaging equipment accurately to support quality imaging and efficient examinations.
• Maintain imaging equipment and document exam information; collaborate with physicians and specialists to support patient care.
