Job summary

Providence Medical Group South is seeking a radiologic technologist to perform radiologic examinations using a variety of sophisticated equipment, supporting diagnosis and patient care across age groups.

The role requires licensure and certification per Oregon requirements, ARRT certification within 180 days, and BLS from American Heart Association; preferred one year in a clinic or hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
• Upon hire: Oregon Radiographer License
• Within 6 months (180 days) of hire: National Certification from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

Responsibilities

• Perform radiologic examinations using a variety of sophisticated radiologic equipment for use in diagnosis of patient conditions.
• Take into account individual patient's needs during procedures and care for patients across age groups.
• Maintain patient safety, quality imaging, and adherence to Providence policies during radiologic procedures.
