K.A. Recruiting, Inc. is seeking a Radiology Technologist (General Diagnostic) for a permanent, full-time role in Red Lion, PA.

The ideal candidate will perform general radiographic procedures, including bone densitometry, while ensuring proper patient positioning and preparation of facilities and equipment. Requirements include graduation from an AMA-approved Radiologic Technology program, ARRT registration, CPR/AED certification, and 1 year of staff technologist experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA-approved school of Radiologic Technology.
• Experience applying customer service behaviors and communication skills required.
• One year current experience as a staff technologist preferred.
• Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists required.
• Current CPR/AED certification required.

Responsibilities

• Uses stationary or portable imaging modalities to provide patient imaging services.

• Transfers patients between wheelchairs, stretchers, exam tables and patient units.

Radiology Technologist (General Diagnostic) - Permanent and Full-Time Hire - CLICK AND APPLY!

Under the direction of the Diagnostic Supervisor, uses stationary or portable imaging modalities in providing patient imaging services. Insures patient positioning and preparation of facilities, equipment and supplies for patient services. Transfers patients between wheelchairs, stretchers, exam tables and patient units. Duties include bone densitometry, as well as all general radiographic procedures.

Education:

• Graduate of an AMA-approved school of Radiologic Technology.

Experience:

• Experience applying customer service behaviors and communication skills required.
• One year current experience as a staff technologist preferred.

Certifications/Licensure:

• Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists required.
• Recent X Ray Technologist graduates must achieve registered status in 12 months.
• (DEXA scanner users must achieve registry within 12 months of assignment in DEXA by the International Society of Clinical Densitometry or equivalent).
• Current CPR/AED certification required.
• Clinical Instructor Certification preferred.
