Job summary

University of Southern California is seeking a Radiology Technologist for Keck Medicine imaging services. Under the Imaging Services Director, you will perform diagnostic and fluoroscopic procedures to department standards and rotate shifts, on call and standby.

The role requires strong patient communication and adherence to HIPAA, safety, and infection control. You will ensure quality imaging with proper exposure, positioning, and equipment operation, while supporting continuous improvement

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; graduation from an approved Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT registration required within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Performs all diagnostic and fluoroscopic procedures to department standards.
• Maintains patient safety and HIPAA compliance; documents procedures and patient data.
• Operates radiologic equipment safely and ensures image quality with proper exposure and positioning.
• Rotates shifts and works overtime as scheduled; participates in performance improvement activities.
• Greets and identifies patients using AIDET; coordinates with doctors and staff.
