Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital in Florida is recruiting a Radiology Technologist to produce advanced diagnostic imaging for radiologist interpretation. This full-time role requires Florida Radiography licensure and ARRT certification, with BLS current.

The technologist will operate DR equipment, manage exposure factors, and use PACS/RIS systems to support patient care. The position offers evening shifts, weekends, and on-call work, with competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package

Qualifications

• Satisfactory completion of Radiography program from an AMA accredited Radiography school.
• Florida State Radiography License.
• ARRT registered.
• Current Basic Life Support, AHA.

Job Summary

The Radiology Technologist utilizes ionizing radiation and technical skills to produce advanced diagnostic imaging for interpretation by the radiologist.

Key Accountabilities

• Produces and evaluates radiological images to assist the radiologist with timely interpretation of these images for the treatment of patients.
• Adheres to image specific policies related to quality and safety established by Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital and regulatory and accreditation governing bodies.
• Demonstrates analytical skills required for determining technical factors for proper exposure levels.
• Practical knowledge of various DR fixed and portable imaging equipment as well as computer skills including PACS and RIS.

Qualifications

• Satisfactory completion of Radiography program from an AMA accredited Radiography school.
• Florida State Radiography License.
• ARRT registered.
• Current Basic Life Support, AHA.

Full-Time (40 hours per week), Evening shifts which includes weekend & on-call work.

Salary Range

Minimum 25.32/hour - Maximum 40.52/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
