Job summary

Kelsey-Seybold Clinic in Houston is hiring a Radiology Technologist to perform radiographs for diagnostic purposes using fluoroscopic and digital radiography, and to operate in RIS and PACS systems.

Requirements include a high school diploma, graduation from an AMA‑approved Radiologic Technology program, ARRT eligibility or ARRT certification, MRT-General Certificate and BLS from the American Heart Association; one year of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of an AMA approved school of Radiologic Technology.
• Eligible for ARRT (R) registry or ARRT (R) certification; MRT-General Certificate required within one year.
• BLS certification through American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Obtain radiographs for diagnostic purposes according to department policies.
• Use fluoroscopic and digital radiographic equipment and CR technology as prescribed.
• Rotate through locations and assist with radiographic support as needed.
• Utilize RIS and PACS for clerical and archiving tasks.
