Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a Radiology Technologist for the Diagnostic Imaging Department at Baptist ED Nassau Crossing in Fernandina Beach, FL. This is a Part-Time Weekends position, with Saturday and Sunday shifts from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM. Eligible for up to $1,000 Sign-On Bonus if hired.

You will prep rooms, position patients for high-quality radiographic images, collaborate with nurses and physicians, and ensure safe, accurate, and compassionate care in a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in radiology/imaging in a hospital setting.
• Customer service experience in a clinical environment.
• BLS, ARRT CI or RCIS credentials; state licensure requirements where applicable.
• ACLS preferred; stability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality radiographic procedures.
• Position patients and prep rooms for imaging.
• Collaborate with nurses and physicians to ensure accurate results.
• Report to the Lead Technologist on shift and maintain safety standards.
• Comply with mandatory education and health requirements.
• Comfortable working with pediatric patients.
• Identify, prepare, administer, and document medications as prescribed.
