Job summary

Advocate Health in Charlotte, North Carolina is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to join the Randolph Internal Medicine department. The ideal candidate is a graduate of an approved Radiologic Technology program with ARRT certification and at least six months of radiologic patient experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of Radiologic Technology.
• Minimum six months experience as a diagnostic Radiologic Technologist preferred.
• One year experience with patients preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic and/or therapeutic procedures as required.
• Maintains accurate patient records via data entry and imaging archiving.
• Ensures readiness of emergency equipment and supplies; responds to emergencies.
• Collaborates with health care staff to coordinate patient care.
• Provides instruction and consultation to health care personnel and patients.
