Job summary

Baptist Health invites applications for a Radiology Technologist in the Diagnostic Imaging Department at Baptist South in Jacksonville, FL. This full-time night position runs Monday-Thursday, 9:00pm-7:00am, with responsibilities to prepare rooms, position patients, and capture diagnostic images for clinical decisions.

You will work closely with nurses and physicians, operate advanced imaging equipment, and ensure safe, accurate, and compassionate patient care.

Qualifications

• Vocational school completion and BLS certification are required.
• Must hold CRT license or ARRT certification per stated options.
• CI ARRT/ARRT credentials are required or preferred.
• RCIS is a cardiovascular specialty preferred by the employer.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality radiographic procedures.
• Maintain a calm, supportive demeanor with patients and collaborate with nurses and physicians.
• Report to Lead Technologist on shift and comply with education/health requirements.
• Operate advanced imaging equipment to capture diagnostic images.
