Job summary

188 Baptist Medical Center South in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Radiology Technologist for the Diagnostic Imaging Department. This full-time night shift (Monday-Thursday, 9:00pm–7:00am) involves preparing rooms, positioning patients, and acquiring high-quality diagnostic images while collaborating with nurses and physicians.

Required are BLS, CRT-DOH licensure, ARRT certification (CI) or RCIS Cardiovascular preferred; hospital-setting experience and strong patient-care skills are expected.

Qualifications

• BLS certification is required.
• Licensed CRT (DOH) is required.
• ARRT certification (CI) or RCIS is preferred for cardiovascular.
• Vocational/technical training in radiologic technology.
• Ability to work nights and in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality radiographic procedures.
• Collaborate with nurses and physicians; position patients for imaging.
• Operate imaging equipment safely and accurately to obtain diagnostic images.
• Report to the Lead Technologist on shift.
• Comply with mandatory education and health requirements; be comfortable with pediatric patients.
