Job summary

Holy Cross Health Florida in Fort Lauderdale is hiring a Radiology Technologist to verify orders and patient identification before procedures, and to perform exams per standard practice. You will routinely produce high quality images with proper exposure and positioning, and ensure timely workflow with other staff technologists.

Eligible candidates must graduate from a Radiology Program and hold Florida CRT and ARRT licenses, with BLS certification. Hospital experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a Radiology Program is required.
• ARRT certification and Florida CRT license required.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Verifies orders on patient chart for procedures.
• Verifies patient identification before proceeding with any procedure.
• Routinely produces high quality images with proper exposure and positioning.
• Completes requested work in a timely and orderly manner to maintain patient flow.
• Assists supervisor or designee in coordinating procedures.
