Job summary

The Christ Hospital Health Network in Cincinnati, OH seeks a Radiologic Technologist to perform routine radiographic, fluoroscopic, and portable exams across the Diagnostic Radiology department and on nursing units.

You will ensure image quality, adhere to radiation safety standards, manage scheduling, and support departmental operations including equipment reporting and collaboration with other teams. This role also emphasizes patient care and compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of medical terminology, isolation and sterile techniques/procedures.
• Understanding of patient positioning and operation of x‑ray machines and printers.
• ARRT accredited Radiologic Technology program completion or equivalent on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Take radiographs per physician orders and ensure 95% film satisfactory rate.
• Work across Diagnostic Radiology areas including routine, IVP, fluoroscopy, portable, and GU exams.
• Protect patients and staff by using appropriate technical factors and shielding.
• Manage front desk operations and computer systems; report equipment problems to manager/engineers.
• Assist Radiologic Technologist Students and support quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and audits.
• Access records as required for procedure, QA, and regulatory purposes with proper logging.
