Job summary

AdventHealth in Columbus, North Carolina is seeking a Radiology Technologist for a StaffFlex contract on the daytime schedule. You will perform radiographic imaging, position patients, operate imaging equipment, and collaborate with radiologists to ensure accurate exams and high-quality diagnostic results.

Required are an AMA-approved radiologic technology education, ARRT RT certification, Basic Life Support, English proficiency, and computer skills.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and speak conversational English [Required]
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office [Required]
• Able to fully use all Radiographic and fluoroscopic equipment [Preferred]

Responsibilities

• Perform radiographic imaging procedures to assist in patient diagnosis and treatment.
• Position, move, and assist patients to ensure accurate imaging results.
• Operate imaging equipment safely and properly, including scanners and monitors.
• Educate patients about imaging procedures and address concerns.
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality imaging services.
