Job summary

AdventHealth Parker, CO seeks a Radiologic Technologist to perform radiographic imaging, position patients, and deliver direct patient care in a fast-paced clinical setting. You will operate equipment, ensure ALARA exposure, and maintain EMR/PACS documentation with compassion and precision.

Responsibilities include patient positioning, safety protocols, teamwork with physicians and staff, and cross-training into advanced modalities as needed.

Qualifications

• Registered Technologist in Radiography (ARRT)
• One year post-certification experience preferred
• Ability to operate radiographic equipment and adjust technical factors
• Proficient in EMR/PACS documentation
• Strong knowledge of radiation safety and ALARA principles

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, providers, team members, and others of diverse backgrounds.
• Performs radiographic imaging procedures and positions patients safely and efficiently.
• Maintains accurate and timely documentation within EMR and PACS.
• Performs imaging with high-quality results meeting department standards.
• Adheres to infection control and safety protocols and trains staff as needed.
