Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Radiology Technologist to perform general x-ray procedures under physician supervision. The position follows a Tuesday and Thursday 8:00 AM–5:30 PM schedule, with responsibilities that include patient communication, documentation, and equipment maintenance.

You will ensure regulatory compliance, maintain accurate records, and contribute to a compassionate team environment while delivering high-quality imaging services.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• AMA approved school of Radiologic Technology.

Responsibilities

• Explain procedures to patients to inform and alleviate anxiety and to minimize exposure.
• Comply with CLIA, OSHA and regulatory standards; maintain records as required.
• Greet patients and provide courteous, helpful service to ensure satisfaction.
• Review charts prior to patient intake and complete documentation accurately.
• Troubleshoot and maintain radiology equipment; ensure it functions properly.
