Job summary

RAYUS Radiology is looking for a Technologists Assistant to join our team. You will assist and support the Technologists across modalities, helping keep patient schedules on time and ensuring the scanning area runs smoothly and stays organized.

This full-time position requires four 10-hour shifts weekly. Duties include scheduling coordination, prep work, room setup, cleaning, and other duties as assigned. Pay ranges from $19.50 to $22.00 per hour, based on experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Currently enrolled in Radiologic Technologist program is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitors schedules for all modalities and scans, informs technologists of changes.
• Greets and escorts patients to changing room and explains procedure.
• Prepares jackets and compiles films by date and number.
• Assists in room setup between patients and changes sheets.
• Prepares the next patient for scanning to optimize scheduling.
• Restores and networks previous exams for next day’s patients.
