Qualifications

Job Summary and Qualifications

Responsibilities include:

  • Obtaining quality diagnostic images.
  • Labeling and documenting images appropriately.
  • Resolving QA issues promptly.
  • Ensuring timely release of images to radiologists.
  • Validating and entering orders correctly.
  • Transporting patients as needed.

Qualifications required:

  • Graduate of an accredited or registered School of Radiology.
  • Current ARRT (R) registration.
  • Current certification with the Texas Department of Health (CMRT)/TMB license.
  • American Heart Association or Red Cross BLS certification.
  • Preferred: One year of hospital experience.
