Yale New Haven Health Urgent Care in Ridgefield, CT is seeking a Mobile Radiologic Technologist to support multiple urgent care centers in Ridgefield and Brookfield. This role offers variety, independence, and the opportunity to contribute to patient care across Fairfield County.

Candidates must graduate from an accredited Radiologic Technologist program, hold ARRT certification, and state radiography licensure. A $5,000 sign-on bonus and flexible scheduling are offered to eligible candidates.

Your Role as a Mobile Radiologic Technologist

• Perform diagnostic X-rays ordered by providers to support timely and accurate patient diagnosis.
• Review images for quality and completeness.
• Follow all radiation safety standards and imaging protocols.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot radiology equipment as appropriate.

Clinical Support

• Assist providers during examinations, procedures, and treatments.
• Support patient flow and contribute to an efficient clinical environment.
• Ensure patient comfort by clearly explaining imaging procedures and answering questions.
• Travel between assigned centers as scheduled to support operational needs.
• Partner with providers and clinical teams using Microsoft Teams and other communication tools to ensure seamless coordination of care.
• Help create a welcoming environment that reflects the values and standards of Yale New Haven Health Urgent Care.

What We're Looking For
