Job summary

LewisGale Imaging at Brambleton is seeking a Radiologic Technologist for a full-time day shift at Brambleton Imaging Center. The role involves operating radiologic equipment, preparing patients, and ensuring high-quality radiographs.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent military Radiologic Technologist training.
• Current ARRT certification and state license.
• BLS certification obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• ASRT certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain production and quality of radiographs by following established standards and procedures.
• Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records.
• Review each exam for technical accuracy and identify anatomical orientation on all images.
• Assist the radiologist in administering medications, contrast agents and patient care.
• Participate in emergency call rotation to meet department needs.

Education

Associates Degree or equivalent Military Radiologic Technologist training

Current ARRT certification and state license

Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of start

ASRT preferred
